Where NorthLight Works
Based in Mukilteo, NorthLight has remodeled homes across King and Snohomish Counties since 2014. Most of our work falls in three parts of the region: the Eastside, Seattle and North Seattle, and South Snohomish County. Throughout those areas, we design and build kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, additions, ADUs and DADUs, aging-in-place updates, and outdoor living spaces.

One Team, Wherever You Live
The Same Process in Every Community
Whether your home is in Bellevue or Everett, your project moves through the same four stages: Develop, Design, Construct, and Complete. Layout, selections, and pricing are settled during pre-construction, and you receive a fixed-price Construction Agreement before work begins.
Permits and Inspections Handled for You
Requirements differ from property to property. NorthLight reviews zoning and building code considerations early and handles permitting and inspections, so you are not the one managing the paperwork.

Yes. NorthLight handles permitting and inspections for its clients. Requirements depend on the jurisdiction and the property, so the team reviews whether permits, engineering, or architectural input are needed during pre-construction.
