At NorthLight Custom Builders, we have a process that is tailored for small projects. Our team member will arrive at your location in a NorthLight van that is equipped with all the necessary tools and parts to ensure efficient completion of your refresh or repair project. We understand the value of your time, and hence we aim to complete your project as quickly as possible. We offer Time & Materials contract for small projects, however, if the client prefers, it can also be handled under a standard Fixed Price Agreement. We strive to work quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption and we keep our clients informed through every step of construction.
