At NorthLight Custom Builders, we have a process tailored for small projects, serving King and Snohomish County. Our team member will arrive at your location in a NorthLight van, fully equipped with the necessary tools and parts to ensure the efficient completion of your refresh or repair project. We understand the value of your time, so we aim to complete your project as quickly as possible. For small projects, we offer a Time & Materials contract, though a standard Fixed Price Agreement is also available if preferred. We strive to work quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption, keeping you informed throughout every step of the construction process.
