NorthLight Wins NARI 2025 RotY Kitchen Remodeling Award
NorthLight Custom Builders has been named NARI’s (National Association of Remodelers Industry) Region 6: Northwest Regional RotY (Remodeler of the Year) winner for Residential Kitchen remodel in the $150,000-$200,000 category! NorthLight is honored to receive this prestigious award from NARI for one of our beautiful kitchen remodeling projects. This kitchen remodel involved removing a wall and adjusting the layout of the kitchen to allow for a more open floorplan and eating/entertaining space. The look and feel of the kitchen is now open, bright, and flowing to blend with the rest of the home. A home remodel such as this is why we at NorthLight love what we can do for our clients. We transformed a dark and isolated kitchen into a bright, functional, and integrated open space that everyone can enjoy.

NorthLight Custom Builders was awarded the Excellence in Remodeling Award presented by BIAW. The award category is Outdoor living over $100,001 and is a huge honor. Amy and Tony were there to receive the award presented by the Building Industry Association of Washington.
NorthLight Awarded 2024 Remodelers Excellence + Best In Show by Master Builders Association
NorthLight Custom Builders was awarded with the 2024 Remodelers Excellence (REX) Award PLUS a Best In Show Award by the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
The category for the REX Award is Outdoor Living under $300,000.
Winning this award is a huge honor and speaks to the hard work and dedication of our team members and partners who worked diligently on this project. We are very proud of everyone, their dedication and efforts!
WA State Evergreen Spring Home Show
