NorthLight Custom Builders was founded in 2014 by master craftsman Tony Collins. He started the company with the vision to specialize in custom home remodels and additions across the greater Everett-Seattle areas. Guided by the cornerstones of integrity, honesty, and communication, we have established an outstanding reputation for exceptional quality, personal service, and reliability. Our team works hard to ensure homeowners receive the highest quality, personalized service their home remodeling project deserves.

Expert design and craftsmanship: NorthLight’s optional Design Service and detailed renderings enable the customer to preview the finished project including fixtures, flooring and other material selections. Every detail can be reviewed as we collaborate to design and build the space the customer needs and wants. This visualization capability is a great benefit to customers and puts us on the cutting edge of the industry. NorthLight’s master craftsmanship ensures the design comes to life with quality and precision.
